Withdrawal Consequences

There is a possibility, under some circumstance, of returning the goods within 4 weeks if you do have clear proof. In this case, you should first ask for the details about it by sending email to us or contacting with our Live Chat directly. 

Goods suitable to be shipped in a package have to be return-shipped, wherein the seller bears the risk of this shipment. The return shipment is free of charge for the customer. The sender meets the costs of the initial shipment.
